PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on April 7, 2026, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

An ordinance to rezone property located north of 111th Street and Rainwood Road from GI-General Industrial District to GI-General Industrial District.

An ordinance to rezone property located north of 111th Street and Rainwood Road from GI-General Industrial District to HI-Heavy Industrial District.

Res. that, the Final Plat transmitted herewith entitled McGill Industrial Park Replat 2, a subdivision outside city limits, located north of 111th Street and Rainwood Road, is hereby approved, and concurrently a portion of the existing plat entitled McGill Industrial Park, and described on said replat, are hereby vacated. The applicant is McGill Industrial Park.

An ordinance to rezone property located southwest of Rachel Snowden Parkway and 173rd Street from AG-Agricultural District and R4-Single-Family Residential District (High-Density) to R4-Single-Family Residential District (High-Density).

Res. that, the Final Plat entitled Stratford Park Replat 2, a minor plat outside city limits, located southwest of Rachel Snowden Parkway and 173rd Street, is hereby approved and accepted.

Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement between the City of Omaha and Jason Peery and Elyssa Peery, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Stratford Park Replat 2 (Lots 1-2) and is located southwest of Rachel Snowden Parkway and 173rd Street.

An ordinance to rezone property at 528 North 33rd Street from GC-General Commercial District to TOD-3-MX-Transit Oriented Development District-3-Mixed Use.
