NOTICE OF SALE BY BID

 

NOTICE IS GIVEN that Park Meadow MHC LLC, Claimant, will, pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §52-601.01 et. seq., sell the property identified below by written bid to satisfy the liens created by the charges incurred for providing services, care and diligence to the personal property identified below. The Claimant will sell the following manufactured homes and any personal property contained therein to satisfy the liens incurred:

 

Lot 239 Huntington Manufactured Home: 1985 Huntington, brown manufactured home, VIN 4758217855, Nebraska Title Number N0003822848. The home is located at 6910 North 107th Plaza, Lot 239, Omaha, Nebraska 68142.

 

Lot 322 Fleetwood Enterprises, Inc. Manufactured Home: 1974 Broadmoar, blue manufactured home, VIN 70A2045204S1015, Nebraska Title Number 16320010013. The home is located at 7129 North 111th Plaza, Lot 322, Omaha, Nebraska 68142.

 

Lot 445 Schultz Mobile Homes Corp. Manufactured Home: 1986 16 x 68, white manufactured home, VIN P201694, Nebraska Title Number 13204010533. The home is located at 7210 North 112th Plaza, Lot 445, Omaha, Nebraska 68142.

 

Lot 505 Manufactured Home: 1996 Townhouse, gray manufactured home, VIN MY96100988K, Nebraska Title Number 16179010814. The home is located at 11359 Whitmore Court, Lot 505, Omaha, Nebraska 68142.

 

The sale will be by written bid to be received by Claimant on or before 5:00 p.m., Monday, December 8, 2025. Bids may be submitted by mail or email but must be received by 5:00 p.m. on said date. Claimant reserves the right to reject any bid.

Separate bids are to be delivered to Park Meadow MHS LLC at 7040 North 110th Plaza, Omaha, NE 68142 or email: parkmeadow@continentalcommunities.com.

Bidders must submit their name, address, and email address and include the amount that will be paid per manufactured home. The manufactured homes and any personal property located therein are being sold separately and “AS IS”. CLAIMANT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DEMAND THE REMOVAL OF THE HOME AT BIDDER EXPENSE. The winning bids will be notified on or before December 9, 2025, and the winning bid payment must be delivered in cash, cashiers check or certified funds to Paul R. Elofson at the office address listed below by 5:00 p.m., on Friday, December 12, 2025. Failure to make payment as required will result in the forfeiture of the bid.
