RE: Application/Docket No. MT-0005.01 In the Matter of the Nebraska Public Service Commission, on its own motion, to require At Your Service, LLC; Black Votes Matter Institute of Community Engagement d/b/a North Omaha Legacy Tours; Caring Hearts Transportation; Chief School Bus Service, Inc.; Comfort Squad Medical Transport; Family Empowerment Service, Inc.; Justin Sango d/b/a Just In Time Medical Transportation; Mojo Mobility, LLC; The Community Transportation Services, LLC; and Zogar Wheels; to show cause why their authorities should not be revoked and why a civil penalty should not be assessed.
