Four Nominees Forwarded for District Court Judge Vacancy
Lincoln –
The Judicial Nominating Commission for the District Court, Fourth Judicial District provided
the following four names for the Governor’s consideration:

Patrick R. Guinan, Thomas K. Harmon, James M. Masteller and Andrew J. Wilson, all of Omaha.
Guinan is a shareholder in the law firm of Erickson | Sederstrom, P.C., L.L.O. Harmon is a Douglas County Court Judge in the 4th Judicial District. Masteller is a Deputy County Attorney for Douglas County. Finally, Wilson is a shareholder in the law firm of Gross and Welch PC, LLO.
The primary place of office for the judicial vacancy will be Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska.
The vacancy is due to the sudden death of Judge W. Mark Ashford.
