PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
 
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on July 10, 2018, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:
 
Class “I” Liquor License for High Peak Asian Restaurant, LLC, dba “High Peak Asian Restaurant”, located at 333 North 78th Street.
 
Class “C/K” Liquor License for Rathskeller Bier Haus, LLC, dba “Rathskeller Bier Haus”, located at 4524 Farnam Street.
 
Class “I” Liquor License for Pollo de Oro, LLC, dba “Pollo de Oro”, located at 2646 “Y” Street.
 
Big Red satellite keno agreement between EHPV Lottery Services, LLC and Sunken Ship Investments, LLC, dba “The Brokedown Palace”, located at 8805 Maple Street.
 
Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.
