"NOTICE OF PLAT"
Notice is hereby given that on the 12th day of September, 2017, the Pope Paul VI Institute for the Study of Human Reproduction, Inc.  filed, with the City Council of the City of Omaha, a Final Plat of “Loveland Acres Replat One”, which is described as:
BEING A REPLATTING OF LOTS 3 THRU 9, INCLUSIVE, LOVELAND ACRES, A SUBDIVISION IN DOUGLAS COUNTY, NEBRASKA, TOGETHER WITH PART OF VACATED 86th AVENUE RIGHT-OF-WAY ADJACENT THERETO.
Said Plat is located AT 86th Circle north of Frederick Street.  Said Plat will be presented to the City Council of the City of Omaha in the Legislative Chambers of the Omaha/Douglas Civic Center, on September 26, 2017, at 2:00 P.M. for final consideration and approval.

“NOTICE OF REZONING”
The following Ordinance has been set for City Council Hearing on September 26, 2017, at 2:00 P.M.:
AN ORDINANCE to amend the official zoning map of the City of Omaha, adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code, by changing certain boundaries of the official zoning map of the City of Omaha in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code, to rezone the property located northwest of 18th and Jackson Streets from DS – Downtown Services District to CBD – Central Business District (property is also located within an ACl-1(PL) Overlay District), is now pending before the City Council of the City of Omaha with the following recommendations:
The official zoning map adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code, be and the same hereby is, changed and amended in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code so that:
Lots 1-2, Block 3, Kountze & Ruths Addition, a subdivision as surveyed, platted and recorded in Douglas County, Nebraska, are hereby rezoned from DS – Downtown Services District to CBD – Central Business District (property is also located within an ACl-1(PL) Overlay District).
You and each of you are further notified that a proposed Ordinance is now pending before the City Council of the City of Omaha to change the above described property and the City Council of the City of Omaha will hold a Public Hearing upon said proposed Ordinance on the 26th day of September, 2017, at the hour of 2:00 P.M. in the Legislative Chambers, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street, at which hearing all persons interested may be heard.

AN ORDINANCE to amend the official zoning map of the City of Omaha, adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code, by changing certain boundaries of the official zoning map of the City of Omaha in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code, to rezone the property located southeast of 32nd and Burt Streets from GO – General Office District to R5 – Urban Family Residential District, is now pending before the City Council of the City of Omaha with the following recommendations:
The official zoning map adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code, be and the same hereby is, changed and amended in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code so that:
Lots 2-3, Creighton University West Replat 1, a subdivision as surveyed, platted and recorded in Douglas County, Nebraska, are hereby rezoned from GO – General Office District to R5 – Urban Family Residential District.

The official zoning map adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code, be and the same hereby is, changed and amended in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code so that:
Lots 1-3, Block 9, Benson Addition, a subdivision as surveyed, platted and recorded in Douglas County, Nebraska, are hereby rezoned from GI – General Industrial District to NBD – Neighborhood Business District.
