Chiller Replacement at Crown Tower
an OHA High-rise
Omaha Housing Authority is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide replacement of the cooling system chiller at Crown Tower, 5904 Henniger Drive, Omaha, NE, 68104.
OHA has contracted with Schemmer and Associates to prepare the specifications and design the new chiller system based on current best practices. This is their project number 07238.
The contractor shall be capable of removing the existing chiller and related components and replacing the system with new components as specified by Schemmer.
This will be a six-month contract with Davis-Bacon wages.
IFB packets will be available on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. Packets may be requested via email at email@example.com
There will be a Pre-Bid meeting held on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. A site visit will take place immediately after the Pre-Bid Meeting.
Deadline for Bid submission is Thursday, April 19, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. Public bid opening will commence one minute after the deadline.
All activities will take place at OHA’s Central Office at 1805 Harney Street, Omaha, NE 68102.

The Omaha Housing Authority (OHA) is seeking Bids from qualified Contractors to complete Window Glazing Replacement at OHA Underwood Tower, 4850 Underwood Ave, Omaha, NE.
