Notice is hereby given that on the 14th day of February, 2017, Quartermaster Depot, LLC filed, with the City Council of the City of Omaha, a Preliminary Plat of “QUARTERMASTER ADDITION” (with a request for a waiver of Section 53-8(4)(a) of the Omaha Municipal Code for Lot depth and a waiver of Section 53-8(4)(d) of the Omaha Municipal Code for Lot frontage), which is described as:

AN ORDINANCE to amend the official zoning map of the City of Omaha, adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code, by changing certain boundaries of the official zoning map of the City of Omaha in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code, to rezone property located northwest of 195th and Harrison Streets from AG – Agricultural District to R4 – Single-Family Residential District (High Density), is now pending before the City Council of the City of Omaha with the following recommendations:
The official zoning map adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code, be and the same hereby is, changed and amended in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code so that:

“NOTICE TO PUBLIC”
The following Ordinance has been set for City Council Hearing on February 28, 2017, at 2:00 p.m.:
AN ORDINANCE approving an Agreement for the sale of City-owned real property; to provide that notwithstanding any provisions of the Omaha Municipal Code to the contrary, the City is authorized to enter into the attached Real Estate Purchase Agreement with CHI Nebraska, a Nebraska Non-profit Corporation doing business as CHI Health, 12809 West Dodge Road, Omaha, NE 68154, to convey the property described in the attached agreement, located near 25th and Indiana Streets at 953, 963, 971, and 985 North 25th Street, to be integrated into the hospital campus currently under construction which adjoins the properties, in consideration of the sum of Seventy Thousand and NO/100 Dollars ($70,000.00); there are no expenses associated with the transfer of the property to CHI Nebraska; and, to provide the effective date hereof.

The following Ordinance has been set for City Council Hearing on February 28, 2017, at 2:00 p.m.:
AN ORDINANCE to approve the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Omaha and the Omaha Police Officers' Association for a term of December 21, 2014 to December 26, 2020; to provide that any ordinances of the City of Omaha, and any rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, which are in conflict with the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement shall not be applicable to those employees in the bargaining unit described in Article 1, Section 1, of said Collective Bargaining Agreement; and, to provide the effective date thereof.
