NOTICE TO PUBLIC
The City Council of the City of Omaha will have a pre-Council meeting at 10:30 a.m. in the Conference Room, LC1, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street, for the purpose of discussing the agenda items and briefing and discussion of public business, and a regular Council Meeting at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 10, 2018, in the Legislative Chambers of the Omaha/Douglas Civic Center in Omaha, Nebraska. Proposed agenda kept continually current shall be available for public inspection in the Omaha/Douglas Civic Center at the Office of the City Clerk, but the Council shall have the right to modify the agenda to include items of an emergency nature only at such public meeting when convened.
ALL REQUESTS FOR SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETERS (SIGNERS) WILL REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 48 HOURS ADVANCE NOTICE.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on July 10, 2018, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:
An ordinance levying a special tax and assessment on certain lots, part of lots and pieces of real estate in the City of Omaha to cover the cost of clearing snow from sidewalks in District No. SWSR 2017-01
An ordinance to approve the execution of a Master Agreement between the City of Omaha and Cox Wireless Access, (“Cox”), providing for Cox’s usage of street light poles in City right of way for microcell antennas
An ordinance approving a redevelopment and tax increment financing loan agreement between the City of Omaha, and Saddlecreek 1011, LLC, to implement the Saddlecreek 1011 Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Redevelopment Project Plan which is for a redevelopment site located northeast of Saddle Creek Road and Pacific Street, and proposes the redevelopment and transformation of an approximately 2.6 acre site that contains a few houses and a warehouse into a market-rate, multi-family development of 158 units with approximately 170 parking stalls provided; the agreement authorizes the use of up to $2,628,000.00, plus accrued interest, in excess ad valorem taxes (TIF) generated by the development to help fund the cost of the project
An ordinance approving a Redevelopment Agreement by and between the City of Omaha and the Omaha Shelter for Homeless Trust for the redevelopment of the site located at the northwest corner of 16th and Nicholas Streets
An ordinance to approve a first amendment to business property lease between the City of Omaha and Circo Strategic Investments, LLC for approximately 1,724 square feet of space on the first floor in the LeDoiyt Landmark Building located at 1001 Farnam Street for operation of the Omaha Convention and Visitors Bureau’s (OCVB) Visitor Information Center; to authorize the amount not to exceed $2,729.67 per month to authorize the payments specified therein
