AIR QUALITY CONTROL
Notice is given to the public according to Chapter 41 of the Omaha Municipal Code of the application of Phillips Manufacturing for a renewal to their air emission operating permit for drywall trim and bead moldings manufacturing facility at 4949 South 30th Street, Omaha. The potential emissions, in tons, for this project will be: PM10 0.4, PM2.5 0.4, VOC 55.0, individual HAP 4.0 and total HAPs 4.0.
No significant impact on air quality is expected from the operation of this facility. Douglas County is in attainment with air quality standards for the listed pollutants. Approval is recommended with the condition that any pollution control equipment that may be necessary for compliance with the City of Omaha or Nebraska Air Pollution Control Rules and Regulations will be installed within 180 days after notification by the City of noncompliance.
All information submitted by the applicant and the proposed approval by Air Quality Control are available for inspection by the public at the office of Omaha Air Quality Control from July 11, 2018 to August 11, 2018. Comments received during that period will be considered. During that period the applicant, or any interested person or group of persons, may request or petition the Control Officer for a public hearing, and state the nature of the issues to be raised and all arguments and factual grounds supporting their position.  The Control Officer may hold a public hearing if the comments, requests, or petitions raise legal, policy or discretionary questions and significant public interest exists with respect to the application.  Comments should be mailed to:

Notice is given to the public according to Chapter 41 of the Omaha Municipal Code of the application of Concrete Supply Inc. to obtain a minor air emission construction permit for a ready-mix concrete batch plant at 2410 Center St, Omaha.  The potential emissions, in tons, for this project will be: PM 27.30, PM10 8.10, PM2.5 5.38, SOx 2.19, NOx 4.14, VOC 0.15, and CO 0.28 and 1436.81 CO2e.
No significant impact on air quality is expected from the operation of this facility. Douglas County is in attainment with air quality standards for the listed pollutants. REQUEST FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES
The City of Omaha Public Works Department is seeking proposals for professional engineering services to design the outdoor Gun Range at the Omaha Public Safety Training Center located north of Rainwood Road – approximately 120th to 126th Streets, Douglas County, Nebraska.

“NOTICE TO PUBLIC”
The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Omaha Public Library will be held on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at 5:00 P.M. at the Willa Cather Branch Library, located at 1905 South 44th Street.  Proposed agenda kept continually current is available in the Administrative Office at the W.
