Invitation for Bids
The Housing Authority of the City of Omaha (OHA) will be accepting bids for High-rise Waterproofing and Masonry Restoration Services at Underwood Tower located in Omaha Nebraska. 
Bidders will provide labor, equipment, materials, and expertise to restore the building exterior vertical façade.  All interested parties shall be capable of waterproofing, replacing all sealant joints, cutting, tuck-pointing, and patching all concrete, brick and masonry surfaces.
Bid packets will be available at 1805 Harney Street on December 22, 2018 after 2:00 p.m.

A pre-bid conference will be held January 11, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.
Bids must be submitted no later than January 23, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. 
Public bids opening will be held January 23, 2018 at 2:01 p.m.

*DBE/WBE/PBE/MBE participation is encouraged.
