Notice is hereby given that on the 26th day of September, 2017, Boyer Young Development Co. filed, with the City Council of the City of Omaha, a Preliminary Plat of “Anchor Pointe Villas”, which is described as:
A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN PART OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 16 NORTH, RANGE 11 EAST OF THE 6TH P.M., DOUGLAS COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
CONTAINING AN AREA OF 10.86 ACRES, MORE OR LESS.
Said Preliminary Plat is located southwest of 173rd and Potter Streets.  Said Preliminary Plat will be presented to the City Council of the City of Omaha in the Legislative Chambers, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center, on October 17, 2017, at 2:00 P.M. for final consideration and approval.

The following Ordinance has been set for City Council Hearing on October 17, 2017, at 2:00 P.M.:
AN ORDINANCE to amend the official zoning map of the City of Omaha, adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code, by changing certain boundaries of the official zoning map of the City of Omaha in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code, to rezone property located at 5051 Center Street from GC – General Commercial District to CC – Community Commercial District, is now pending before the City Council of the City of Omaha with the following recommendations:
The official zoning map adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code, be and the same hereby is, changed and amended in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code so that:
Lots 3-6, Block 6, Eckerman Place, an addition to the City of Omaha, as surveyed, platted and recorded in Douglas County, Nebraska, are hereby rezoned from GC – General Commercial District to CC – Community Commercial District.
You and each of you are further notified that a proposed Ordinance is now pending before the City Council of the City of Omaha to change the above described property and the City Council of the City of Omaha will hold a Public Hearing upon said proposed Ordinance on the 17th day of October, 2017, at 2:00 P.M. in the Legislative Chambers, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street, at which hearing all persons interested may be heard.

AN ORDINANCE to amend the boundaries of the MCC – Major Commercial Corridor Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located at 5051 Center Street, is now pending before the City Council of the City of Omaha with the following recommendations:
In accordance with Sections 55-681 through 55-688 and 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code, the official zoning map adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended so that:
Lots 3-6, Block 6, Eckerman Place, an addition to the City of Omaha, as surveyed, platted and recorded in Douglas County, Nebraska, are incorporated into the MCC – Major Commercial Corridor Overlay District; provided, that the base zoning district for such property shall not be changed by this ordinance.
