Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Omaha met on September 19, 2017 and passed and approved the ordinances entitled:
 
ORDINANCE NO. 41250
AN ORDINANCE to amend the official zoning map of the City of Omaha, adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code, by changing certain boundaries of the official zoning map of the City of Omaha in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code, to rezone property located southeast of 216th and F Streets from AG – Agricultural District to R4 – Single-Family Residential District (High Density).
SUMMARY:
The official zoning map adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code, be and the same hereby is, changed and amended in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code so that:
Lots 1-174 and Outlots A-F, Westbury Creek, a subdivision as surveyed, platted, and recorded in Douglas County, Nebraska, are hereby rezoned from AG – Agricultural District to R4 – Single-Family Residential District (High Density).
First Reading:  August 29, 2017; Second Reading:  September 12, 2017; and, Third Reading and Public Hearing:  September 19, 2017.

ORDINANCE NO. 41246
AN ORDINANCE approving a redevelopment and tax increment financing loan agreement between the City of Omaha, a Nebraska Municipal Corporation in Douglas County, Nebraska, and Omaha Hotel Partners, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company, to implement the Cambria Suites Hotel at the Yard Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Redevelopment Project Plan for a project site located at 740 North 14th Street, which proposes an upscale "lifestyle" hotel consisting of the 128 rooms, 2,000 square feet of meeting space, various hotel amenities, and 94 surface parking stalls for employees and guests; the agreement authorizes the use of up to $2,237,000.00 in excess ad valorem taxes (TIF) generated by the development to help fund the cost of the project; and, providing for an effective date.

AN ORDINANCE to amend certain portions of various special levy ordinances, to remove an assessment on property owned by the City of Omaha located at 3325 North 36th Avenue, in the City of Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska; and, to provide an effective date thereof.
