AN ORDINANCE to approve a PUR – Planned Unit Redevelopment Overlay District in an R7 – Medium-Density Multiple-Family Residential District, located southeast of 32nd and California Streets, and to approve the Development Plan.
SUMMARY:
In accordance with Sections 55-595 through 55-600 of the Omaha Municipal Code, a PUR – Planned Unit Redevelopment Overlay District and the Development Plan, attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved, for the following described land in Douglas County, Nebraska:
Lots 1-7 and Outlot "A", 32 California, a platted and recorded subdivision in Douglas County, Nebraska.

SUMMARY:
In accordance with Sections 55-584 through 55-594 of the Omaha Municipal Code, a Major Amendment to the PUD – Planned Unit Development Overlay District and the Development Plan, attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved, for the following described land in Douglas County, Nebraska:

ORDINANCE NO. 41067
AN ORDINANCE to amend the official zoning map of the City of Omaha, adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code, by changing certain boundaries of the official zoning map of the City of Omaha in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code, to rezone property located northwest of 195th and Harrison Streets from AG – Agricultural District to R4 – Single-Family Residential District (High Density).
SUMMARY:
The official zoning map adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code, be and the same hereby is, changed and amended in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code so that:
Lots 1-2, Waters Edge, a subdivision as surveyed, platted and recorded in Douglas County, Nebraska, are hereby rezoned from AG – Agricultural District to R4 – Single-Family Residential District (High Density).

ORDINANCE NO. 41068
AN ORDINANCE declaring the necessity of acquiring, for use by the City of Omaha, the necessary private property for the purpose of constructing the Cole Creek CSO 204 Sewer Separation Phase 2 Project, identified as City Project No. OPW 52814, providing that the City negotiate with the property owners for partial land acquisitions, permanent easements, temporary easements and right of entries; providing that if said parcel cannot be obtained by negotiation, condemnation proceedings be undertaken and completed; and, providing for the effective date hereof.
SUMMARY:

AN ORDINANCE to establish pursuant to Section 40-251 of the Omaha Municipal Code a new Class "B" Flammable Liquids Storage District to be known as District No. B-194 at 415 Leavenworth Street, as requested by Todd Heistand for NuStyle Development; and, to provide the effective date hereof.

ORDINANCE NO. 41070
AN ORDINANCE to approve the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Omaha and the Omaha Police Officers' Association for a term of December 21, 2014 to December 26, 2020; to provide that any ordinances of the City of Omaha, and any rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, which are in conflict with the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement shall not be applicable to those employees in the bargaining unit described in Article 1, Section 1, of said Collective Bargaining Agreement; and, to provide the effective date thereof.
SUMMARY:

ORDINANCE NO. 41071
AN ORDINANCE approving an Agreement for the sale of City-owned real property; to provide that notwithstanding any provisions of the Omaha Municipal Code to the contrary, the City is authorized to enter into the attached Real Estate Purchase Agreement with CHI Nebraska, a Nebraska Non-profit Corporation doing business as CHI Health, 12809 West Dodge Road, Omaha, NE 68154, to convey the property described in the attached agreement, located near 25th and Indiana Streets at 953, 963, 971, and 985 North 25th Street, to be integrated into the hospital campus currently under construction which adjoins the properties, in consideration of the sum of Seventy Thousand and NO/100 Dollars ($70,000.00); there are no expenses associated with the transfer of the property to CHI Nebraska; and, to provide the effective date hereof.
SUMMARY:
