PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on June 11, 2019, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:
An ordinance to approve a Major Amendment to a Mixed Use District Development Agreement for Aksarben Village, located at 2210 South 64th Avenue, to allow for the development of townhomes on the site, between the City of Omaha and Noddle Companies, providing site development standards
Res. that, the Preliminary Plat entitled Aksarben Village Replat 18, a minor plat inside the city limits, located at 2210 South 64th Avenue, along with the conditions, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized. The applicant is Noddle Companies
Res. that, the Final Plat transmitted herewith entitled Aksarben Village Replat 18, located at 2210 South 64th Avenue, is hereby approved, and concurrently portions of the existing plat entitled Aksarben Village Replat 6, and described on said replat, is hereby vacated. The applicant is Noddle Companies
An ordinance to rezone the property located northeast of Saddle Creek Road and Wakeley Street from R3-Single Family Residential (Medium Density) and GC-General Commercial District to GC-General Commercial
An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the MCC-Major Commercial Corridor Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located northeast of Saddle Creek Road and Wakeley Street
