City of Omaha Projects under $100,000
The Omaha Public Works Department is interested in securing the services of firms for various City of Omaha architect, engineer and related services for projects under $100,000 for a period of approximately 12 months, beginning February 1, 2018 for the following disciplines:
· Architectural · Landscape Architecture
· Electrical Engineering · Studies
- Civil Engineering/Environmental · Materials Testing
- Civil Engineering/Transportation · Mechanical Engineering
- Construction Management/Inspection · Structural Engineering

Omaha Municipal Land Bank
REQUEST FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES
The City of Omaha Public Works Department is seeking proposals for professional engineering services necessary for the preliminary design and preparation of final design plans and specifications for the renovation/separation of sewers located in two project sites within the City of Omaha (18th and Fort Street and Papillion Creek North 210).
