|Request for Proposals for Section 8 Project Based Voucher Program:|
The Housing Authority of the City of Omaha (OHA) is seeking competitive proposals to provide Section 8 project based assistance, utilizing funding provided by HUD. Under the Project Based Voucher (PBV) program, the subsidy will be attached to specific units for an original contract term of no less than 1 year and no more than 15 years.
Under this Request for Proposal (RFP) and subject to funding availability, OHA will provide up to 300 vouchers for project based assistance.
Packets will be available on Thursday April 19, 2018, at 2:00 P.M. at the OHA central office at 1805 Harney St, Omaha, NE 60102.

The Pre-Proposal Conference will be at OHA central office Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. to assist owners in understanding the program and the application requirements.
Completed proposals must be received by Omaha Housing Authority, at 1805 Harney Street, Omaha NE 68102 no later than 2:00 p.m. on May 22, 2018.
All proposals must be sealed and marked “PBV proposal”
DBE/WBE/MBE participation is encour-aged.
