Notice is hereby given that the City of Omaha met on July 18, 2017 and passed and approved the ordinances entitled:
 
ORDINANCE NO. 41191
AN ORDINANCE to amend the official zoning map of the City of Omaha, adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code, by changing certain boundaries of the official zoning map of the City of Omaha in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code, to rezone property located northwest of 39th and "L" Streets from GC – General Commercial District to CC – Community Commercial District.
SUMMARY:
The official zoning map adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code, be and the same hereby is, changed and amended in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code so that:
The west 50 feet of the east 106 feet of the south 97 feet; and the east 56 feet of the south 97 feet; and the west 40 feet of the south 90 feet; and the north 7 feet of the west 40 feet of the south 97 feet; of Lot 22, Block 4, Hascall's Subdivision, an addition to the City of Omaha, as surveyed, platted and recorded in Douglas County, Nebraska, is hereby rezoned from GC – General Commercial District to CC – Community Commercial District.
First Reading: June 27, 2017; Second Reading: July 11, 2017; and, Third Reading and Public Hearing: July 18, 2017.

ORDINANCE NO. 41192
AN ORDINANCE to amend the boundaries of the MCC – Major Commercial Corridor Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located northwest of 39th and "L" Streets.
SUMMARY:
In accordance with Sections 55-681 through 55-688 and 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code, the official zoning map adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended so that:
The west 50 feet of the east 106 feet of the south 97 feet; and the east 56 feet of the south 97 feet; and the west 40 feet of the south 90 feet; and the north 7 feet of the west 40 feet of the south 97 feet; of Lot 22, Block 4, Hascall's Subdivision, an addition to the City of Omaha, as surveyed, platted and recorded in Douglas County, Nebraska, is incorporated into the MCC – Major Commercial Corridor Overlay District; provided, that the base zoning district for such property shall not be changed by this ordinance.

ORDINANCE NO. 41193
AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 41-2 of the Omaha Municipal Code; Chapter 41 dealing with the adoption, with amendments, of certain air pollution rules and regulations of the State of Nebraska; to provide for adopting such regulations, including the most recent amendments thereto of July 20, 2016, and accepting there from certain prior changes dealing with definitions, enforcement, certain deletions; to repeal Section 41-2 of the Omaha Municipal Code as heretofore existing; and, to provide for the effective date hereof.

AN ORDINANCE to approve the attached Amended Business Property Lease Agreement between Project Harmony and the City of Omaha (Police Department) for office space at 11949 “Q” Street which amends the previous lease approved by Ordinance No. 40571 on November 24, 2015; increasing the leased space to 8,188 square feet; amending the term to four (4) years and six (6) months, beginning on July 1, 2017 and ending on December 31, 2021;  amending the base rent for Year 2017 to $49,128.00 to be paid in quarterly installments of $24,564.00; for Year 2018 to $98,256.00 annually to be paid in quarterly installments of $24,564.00; for Year 2019 to $102,352.00 annually to be paid in quarterly installments of $25,588.00; for Years 2020 and 2021 to $106,444.00 annually to be paid in quarterly installments of $26,611.00; and, to provide an effective date.
