"NOTICE OF PLAT"
Notice is hereby given that on the 16th of May, 2017, Uptown Properties, LLC filed, with the City Council of the City of Omaha, a Final Plat of “31 MASON SOUTHWEST 1”, which is described as:
BEING A REPLAT OF LOTS 4 THROUGH 11, 31 MASON WEST, AND THE SOUTH 52.0 FEET OF THE NORTH 103.0 FEET OF LOTS 1 AND 2, CLIFTON PLACE, BOTH BEING PLATTED AND RECORDED SUBDIVISIONS IN DOUGLAS COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
Said Plat is located northwest of 31st and Mason Streets.  Said Plat will be presented to the City Council of the City of Omaha, in the Legislative Chambers, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center, June 6, 2017, at 2:00 P.M. for final consideration and approval.

“NOTICE OF REZONING”
The following Ordinance has been set for City Council Hearing on June 6, 2017, at 2:00 P.M.:
AN ORDINANCE to approve a PUR – Planned Unit Redevelopment Overlay District in an R6 – Low-Density Multiple-Family Residential District located northwest of 31st and Mason Streets, and to approve the Development Plan, is now pending before the City Council of the City of Omaha with the following recommendations:
In accordance with Sections 55-595 through 55-600 of the Omaha Municipal Code, a PUR – Planned Unit Redevelopment Overlay District and the Development Plan, attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved, for the following described land in Douglas County, Nebraska:
Lots 1-14 and Outlots A and B, 31 Mason Southwest 1, an addition to the City of Omaha, as surveyed, platted and recorded in Douglas County, Nebraska.
You and each of you are further notified that a proposed Ordinance is now pending before the City Council of the City of Omaha to change the above described property and the City Council of the City of Omaha will hold a Public Hearing upon said proposed Ordinance on the 6th of June, 2017, at the hour of two o’clock p.m. in the Legislative Chambers, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street, at which hearing all persons interested may be heard.

The following Ordinance has been set for City Council Hearing on June 6, 2017, at 2:00 P.M.:
AN ORDINANCE to amend the official zoning map of the City of Omaha, adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code, by changing certain boundaries of the official zoning map of the City of Omaha in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code, to rezone property located at 2608 and 2612 Y Street from HI – Heavy Industrial District to R4 – Single-Family Residential District (High Density), is now pending before the City Council of the City of Omaha with the following recommendations:
The official zoning map adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code, be and the same hereby is, changed and amended in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code so that:
Lots 22 and 23, except the north 8 feet, Block 3, Valley Grove, a subdivision as surveyed, platted and recorded in Douglas County, Nebraska, are hereby rezoned from HI – Heavy Industrial District to R4 – Single-Family Residential District (High Density).
