Ms. Wilson was admitted to the Nebraska Bar in 2023. Wilson graduated from Creighton University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting, cum laude in 2019. She graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center with a Master of Science in Anatomy in 2020. She received her law degree from Creighton University, cum laude in 2023. Her practice focuses on Commercial Lending, Real Estate Transactions, Land Development, and Sanitary and Improvement District matters.

Astute Coffee is a social enterprise nonprofit that helps young people who have aged out of the foster care system, giving them steady employment to help them develop job skills as well as life skills to young adults who have not had the chance to learn them elsewhere.
In March of 2022 nine-term Nebraska Senator Jeff Fortenberry was found guilty of three felony counts for making false statements to the FBI and concealing information about his campaign donations. The investigation stemmed from a campaign donation by Nigerian billionaire, Gilbert Chagoury. Through three strawmen, Chagoury donated $30,000 to Fortenberry’s campaign in 2016. When brought to court, Fortenberry denied any such contributions.

The creation of Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) stemmed from the Devils Lake Sioux’s concern about the treatment they received by the county welfare officers in 1968. Children were regularly removed from their homes and placed into foster homes or adopted by non-native households. All rehoming was done without consultation from either tribal leaders or the community.

On June 29, 2023, the Supreme Court came to a decision on Students for Fair Admission Inc. v. President and Fellows of Harvard College and Students for Fair Admission Inc v. University of North Carolina. In a 6-3 decision, the Supreme Court invalidated admission policies, effectively ending decades of race conscious admission policies.
