Scott Frost House Sold For A Capital City Record Of $3.5 Million

LINCOLN — Scott Frost’s success as a football coach at the University of Nebraska wasn’t a record-breaker, but the sale of his home in South Lincoln was.

Frost’s five-bedroom, eight-garage home in The Ridge neighborhood sold for $3.5 million in late November, according to Lancaster County property records.

OMAHA — In the works for downtown Omaha is another park, a privately owned but publicly accessible entertainment space expected to help lure residents to the developing Builder’s District that’s anchored by Kiewit Corp.

The Square, as it is referred to in city documents, would cover about 1.4 acres southeast of 17th and Cuming Streets.
