RE: Docket No. GD-2149 - In the Matter of the Nebraska Public Service Commission seeking to determine potential grain dealer claims to the security of previously licensed grain dealer, Hansen-Mueller Co., Omaha, Nebraska.

Interested persons are hereby notified that a hearing on the above-captioned matter is scheduled for Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Central Time in the Commission Hearing Room, 300 The Atrium, 1200 N Street, Lincoln, Nebraska. 

The claim and affidavit forms have been mailed to all known grain claimants based on the records of Hansen-Mueller, Co. If you have a grain claim against Hansen-Mueller, Co. and have not been contacted or notified directly by the Nebraska Public Service Commission, you should contact them or be present at the hearing and bring written evidence of your claim.
