Public notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Valley, Nebraska, held at 7:00 o’clock P.M. on April 14, 2026, the following ordinance was passed and adopted:

MOTOR TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT

The following application(s) may be inspected at the office of the Commission during regular business hours. Protests or Interventions must be filed with the Nebraska Public Service Commission and the Applicant in the manner and within the time prescribed in Section 002.12 of the Commission’s Rules of Procedure, Title 291, NAC Chapter 1.
