VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES

RESOLUTION 0326-1

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BOYS TOWN, NEBRASKA TO APPROVE THE 1-AND 6-YEAR PLAN FOR THE VILLAGE OF BOYS TOWN.

WHEREAS, The State of Nebraska Requires all Villages to create and ratify a plan for all anticipated projects within 1-year and 6-year timeframes.

WHEREAS, The Village Engineer & Street Superintendent has created such 1- and 6-Year

Plan.

WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Village of Boys Town to approve the 1- and 6-

Year Plan for the Village of Boys Town; and

BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Boys Town, Boys Town, Nebraska, having held a public hearing thereon March 3, 2026, hereby approves the 1- and 6-Year Plan for the Village of Boys Town.

The Chair then put the motion for the adoption of such resolution to a roll call vote. The vote was as follows:

Chair Skartvedt     -        AYE

Trustee West        -        AYE

Trustee Powers     -        AYE

Trustee Mollner     -        AYE

Trustee Browne     -        AYE

The Chair declared the motion carried unanimously by the Village Board, and the resolution adopted.
