Baird Holm LLP is pleased to welcome Patrick J. Bartman to the firm. His practice focuses on commercial real estate and renewable energy. He routinely represents clients in the development, financing, acquisition, and sale of real property, and commercial lease negotiations and title review.  Bartman also represents investors, developers, and lenders in various phases of renewable wind energy projects.

Bartman received his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law in 2015, where he received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in First Amendment: Freedom of Speech and Alternate Dispute Resolution. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Saint Louis University.
