Bellevue Housing Authority (BHA) seeks proposals from property owners and developers for the Project Based Voucher (PBV) Program. The PBV program is designed to conform to the Project-Based Voucher Program Final Rule published on October 13, 2005 at 24 CFR Part 983. PBV applications are being accepted for up to twenty five (25) vouchers for new construction projects in Sarpy County, NE.  These vouchers serve families at or below 50% of the area median income. Developers must show evidence of site control, demonstrate that project construction will commence within 15 months and units must be ready for occupancy within 30 months, each project must contain a minimum of 25 units, each proposal must contain a request for at least 5 vouchers, and a preference will be given to projects previously awarded LIHTC, HOME funds, or other federally supported project financing.  Proposals must be received by BHA no later than 5:00 p.m., Friday May 14, 2021.
