ALL REQUESTS FOR SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETERS (SIGNERS) WILL REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 48 HOURS ADVANCE NOTICE. IF ALTERNATIVE FORMATS ARE NEEDED, ALL REQUESTS WILL REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 72 HOURS ADVANCE NOTICE. PLEASE NOTIFY ELIZABETH BUTLER –  CITY CLERK – 402-444-5557, IF ARRANGEMENTS NEED TO BE MADE.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on May 9, 2023, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:

Class “D” Liquor License for Ray Anderson, Inc., dba “Anderson Convenience Market”, located at 4860 South 96th Street.

Class “K” Liquor License for KIGJ, LLC, dba “T & T Trucks-Taps-Patio”, located at 5402 South 108th Street.

Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.

Waiver of Section 55-203 – Variance to the
permitted use regulations of the R5 District to allow an Outdoor Sports & Recreation use not otherwise permitted in order to construct a temporary skate ramp; 3703 Florence Blvd.
Waiver of Section 55-163 – Variance to allow a
Warehousing and Distribution (limited) use not otherwise permitted in the R3 district to allow for an existing storage building; 13612 Miami St. & 13611 Corby St.
