Final Plat approval of HIGHLANDER EAST, a subdivision inside city limits (portions of the property are located within an ACI-Area of Civic Importance Overlay District). Southwest and southeast of 29th and Burdette Streets.

Final Plat approval of FALLING WATERS (Lots 348-429, Outlot H), a subdivision outside city limits, with rezoning from AG to DR and R4. North of 200th Avenue and Madison Street.

Rezoning from GC to NBD (property is located within an ACI-1 Area of Civic Importance Overlay District). Southeast of 38th and Farnam Streets.

Rezoning from GC to R6, with approval of a PUR-Planned Unit Redevelopment Overlay District. 1620 Clark Street.

Approval of a PUR-Planned Unit Redevelopment Overlay District. Northeast of 18th and Ohio Streets.

Approval of a PUR-Planned Unit Redevelopment Overlay District, with approval of a Special Use Permit to allow a Restaurant (drive-in) in the NBD District. Southwest of 31st and Leavenworth Streets.

Approval of a PUR-Planned Unit Redevelopment Overlay District. Northwest of 12th and William Streets.
