Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Omaha met on October 18, 2022 and passed and approved the following ordinances:

ORDINANCE NO. 43129

AN ORDINANCE to amend the official zoning map of the City of Omaha adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code, by changing ce1tain boundaries of the official zoning map of the City of Omaha in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code, to rezone prope1ty located northwest of 212th and Hickory Streets from DR - Development Reserve District and R3 - Single-Family Residential District (Medium-Density) to DR - Development Reserve District.

Summary: The official zoning map adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code so that: Outlot A, Windgate Ranch Replat 1, a subdivision as surveyed, platted and recorded in Douglas County, Nebraska, are hereby rezoned from DR - Development Reserve District and R3 - Single-Family Residential District (Medium-Density) to DR- Development Reserve District.

ORDINANCE NO. 43130

AN ORDINANCE to amend the official zoning map of the City of Omaha adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code, by changing certain boundaries of the official zoning map of the City of Omaha in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code, to rezone property located northwest of 212th and Hickory Streets from DR- Development Reserve District and R3 – Single-Family Residential District (Medium-Density) to R3 – Single-Family Residential District (Medium-Density)

Summary: The official zoning map adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code so that:  Lot 1, Windgate Ranch Replat 1, a subdivision as surveyed, platted and recorded in Douglas County, Nebraska, are hereby rezoned from DR- Development Reserve District and R3 - Single-Family Residential District (Medium-Density) to R3 - Single-Family Residential District (Medium-Density).

ORDINANCE NO. 43132

AN ORDINANCE to amend the official zoning map of the City of Omaha adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code, by changing certain boundaries of the official zoning map of the City of Omaha in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code, to rezone property located at located southeast of 188th and Burke Streets from AG-Agricultural District, DR-Development Reserve District, and MU-Mixed Use District to DR-Development Reserve District (portions of the property are located within an ACI-4 Overlay District).

Summary: The official zoning map adopted by Section 5 5-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code so that: Outlots “A” and “B”, Avenue One Replat 2, a subdivision as surveyed, platted and recorded in Douglas County, Nebraska, are hereby rezoned from AG-Agricultural District, DR-Development Reserve District, and MU-Mixed Use District to DR-Development Reserve District (portions of the property are located within an ACI-4 Overlay District).

ORDINANCE NO. 43134

AN ORDINANCE to approve a Major Amendment to a Mixed Use District Development Agreement between the City of Omaha and Jasper Stone 192nd & Dodge, LLC, for A venue One Replat 2, located Southeast of 188th and Burke Streets, account for the relocation of Harney Street, development of multifamily residential use, and development of a civic use (religious assembly); and to provide for an effective date.

Summary: That the City of Omaha, in the interest of maintaining public health, safety, and welfare, desires to assure the property located Southeast of 188th and Burke Streets is developed in accordance with the provisions of the Major Amendment to a Mixed Use Development Agreement attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.

AN ORDINANCE to amend the official records, logs, and plats of the City of Omaha by providing for the change of the street name to the following street in The Hamptons addition, a subdivision in Douglas County, Nebraska: A portion of N Street changed to Lakeview Street; and to provide for the effective date.
