Waiver of Section 55-764(e)(1)(d) – Variance to the minimum separation requirement for noncommercial day shelters from an established residential zoning district from 300’ to 0’, from an existing primary/secondary educational facility from 300’ to 65’, and from an existing day care facility from 300’ to 65’; Northwest of 27th St. & St. Mary’s Ave.

Waiver of Section 55-834(1),(2) – Variance to allow an electronic messaging center for a civic use in a GO district and to the maximum sign budget from 60 sq. ft. to 2,114 sq. ft. to allow for a new signage plan; 8300 Dodge St.

Waiver of Section 55-786 – Variance to the residential fence regulations to allow a 4’ tall privacy fence in the street side yard; 2621 S. 105th St.

Waiver of Section 55-126 – Variance to the required front yard setback from 50’ to 40’ and to the required interior side yard setback from 25’ to 10’ to allow for the construction of a new single-family residence; 23710 P St.
