PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on November 26, 2019, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

   An ordinance to rezone property located northeast of 132nd and Fort Streets from LC-Limited Commercial District to LC-Limited Commercial District

   An ordinance to rezone property located northeast of 132nd and Fort Streets from LC-Limited Commercial District to DR-Development Reserve District

   An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the MCC-Major Commercial Corridor Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located northeast of 132nd and Fort Streets

   Res. that, the Final Plat transmitted herewith entitled Marvely, a minor plat inside the city limits, located northeast of 132nd and Fort Streets, is hereby approved, and concurrently portions of the existing plat entitled Winchester Heights, and described on said replat, is hereby vacated. The applicant is Fareway Stores, Inc

   Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement between the City of Omaha and Fareway Stores, Inc., as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Marvely (Lots 1-3 and Outlot A) and is located northeast of 132nd and Fort Streets

   An ordinance to rezone property located northwest of 204th Street and West Center Road from AG-Agricultural District to MU-Mixed Use District

   An ordinance to approve a Mixed Use District Development Agreement for property located northwest of 204th Street and West Center Road between the City of Omaha and 204th Street LLC, providing site development standards

   Res. that, the Final Plat entitled Town Center West (Lots 1-5 and Outlots A-B), a subdivision out-side the city limits, located northwest of 204th Street and West Center Road, is hereby approved and accepted. The applicant is 204th Street LLC

   Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement among the City of Omaha, 204th Street, LLC, and The Town Center West Owners Association, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Town Center West (Lots 1-5 and Outlots A-B) and is located northwest of 204th Street and West Center Road
