Preliminary and Final Plat approval of HORBACH’S 2ND ADDITION REPLAT 5, a minor plat inside city limits. 1804 Paul Street.

Preliminary Plat approval of INDIAN TRAILS, a subdivision outside city limits, with rezoning from AG to DR and R4. Northeast of 192nd Street and George Miller Parkway.

Preliminary Plat approval of HEARTWOOD RESIDENCES, a subdivision inside city limits, with rezoning from R4 to R5, along with approval of the NCE Overlay District. Northwest of Pacific Street and Applied Parkway.

Special Use Permits

Approval of a Special Use Permit to allow Construction sales and service in the CC District (pending) (property is located within the FF-Flood Fringe Overlay District). Northwest of Rose Blumkin Drive and Harney Street.

Conditional Use Permits

Approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow Pet services in the GI District (the property is located within an ACI-2 Area of Civic Importance Overlay District, and portions of the property are located within the FF-Flood Fringe Overlay District). 960 South 72nd Street.
