Grade the November 18, 2022 Steamfitter Exam (if any)

OMAHA HOUSING AUTHORITY

INVITATION FOR BID

FIRE DETECTION SERVICES

OHA is seeking Bids from qualified and licensed entities to provide the following detailed services. The contractor shall submit a bid for the Inspection and Testing of all OHA and HIO fire alarms, fire sprinklers, and fire detection equipment. The contractor must have a minimum of three years of experience in testing, inspection, and fire alarm systems. The contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, and codes and obtain any licenses or permits required to provide the services under this IFB
