Waiver of Sections 55-406, 55-734, & 55-716 – Variance to the required rear yard setback from 15’ to 12’ 6”, to the required number of parking stalls on the site from 19 to 0, and to the screening requirement between GC and R5 Districts to allow for the construction of an uncovered deck to serve an existing restaurant; 5213 Leavenworth St.

Waiver of Section 55-146 – Variance to the required front yard setback from 40’ to 29’ and to the maximum impervious coverage from 40% to 43.2% to allow for a previously constructed covered front porch to remain as-is; 8525 Lafayette Ave.

Waiver of Section 55-146 – Variance to the required rear yard setback from 25’ to 17.5’ and to the street side yard setback from 20’ to 10’ to allow for the construction of a home addition with a request for Reasonable Accommodation; 3048 S. 105th Ave.

Waiver of Section 55-784(c)(2) – Variance to the perimeter yard setback from other property lines in a cluster subdivision from 20’ to 9’ to allow for the replacement of an existing deck; 5267 Southern Manor Dr.

Waiver of Sections 55-740(e) - Variance to the hard-surface parking driveway requirement to allow a gravel driveway to a new single-family home; 6583 N. 230th St.

Waiver of Section 55-166 - Variance to the maximum impervious coverage from 45% to 64% to allow for the construction of a detached garage and an addition to an existing home; 4816 Farnam St.

Waiver of Section 55-186 – Variance to the required rear yard setback from 25’ to 13’ and to the interior side yard setback from 5’ to 0.9’ to allow for the construction of a covered patio; 2224 Mayfair Dr.

Waiver of Section 55-366, 55-716, 55-740(f)(4), 55-768(b)(6)(a) & 55-770 – Variance to the temporary use regulation to allow a garden center to operate over the maximum 90-day period in a calendar year, to the outdoor storage regulations to allow outdoor storage of bagged goods not otherwise permitted for a General Retail Sales use, to the maximum impervious coverage from 85% to 90%, to the required front yard setback along Hascall Street from 25’ to 0’, to the required bufferyard between CC and R6 Districts from 30’ to 5’, and to the required perimeter parking lot landscaping depth from 10’ to 0’; 3457 S. 84th St.

Waiver of Section 55-146 – Variance to the required street side yard setback from 20’ to 7.5’ and to the rear yard setback from 25’ to 0.6’ to allow for the construction of a detached garage with covered patio area; 1233 Mayfair Dr.

Waiver of Section 55-830 – Variance to the maximum sign budget from 32 sq. ft. to 38 sq. ft. to allow for a proposed signage plan for an existing elementary school; 5115 N. 208th St.

Waiver of Section 55-108 – Variance to the required rear yard setback from 35’ to 8’ and to the front yard setback from 50’ to 30’ and 45’ to allow for the construction of a single-family home and detached garage; 9205 N. 156th St.

Waiver of Section 55-108 – Variance to the required rear yard setback from 35’ to 15’, to the interior side yard setback from 25’ to 15’ and to the maximum impervious coverage from 25% to 34% to allow for the construction of a detached garage; 6041 S. 49th St.

Waiver of Section 55-126 – Variance to the interior side yard setback from 25’ to 22’ to allow for the construction of a single-family home; 7920 Howard St.

Waiver of Section 55-715 – Variance to the required street yard landscaping from 80% to 65% to allow for the construction of a driveway addition to serve a new detached garage; 4210 S. 223rd Plz. Cir.

Waiver of Section 55-786(e)(3) – Variance to the residential fence regulations to allow a 6’ tall, privacy fence within the street side yard setback; 1206 S. 20th St.

Waiver of Section 55-784(c)(2) – Variance to the perimeter yard setback from other property lines in a cluster subdivision from 20’ to 14.6’ to allow for the replacement of an existing deck; 13024 Hawthorne Ct.
