PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on February 3, 2026, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:
An ordinance to rezone property located southwest of 192nd Street and West Maple Road from AG-Agricultural District to DR-Development Reserve District.
An ordinance to rezone property located southwest of 192nd Street and West Maple Road from AG-Agricultural District to R7-Medium-Density Multiple-Family Residential District.
An ordinance to rezone property located southwest of 192nd Street and West Maple Road from AG-Agricultural District to MU-Mixed Use District.
An ordinance to approve a Mixed Use District Development Agreement for property located southwest of 192nd Street and West Maple Road between the City of Omaha and One Professional Square, LLC, providing site development standards.
Res. that, the Final Plat entitled Antler View West, a subdivision outside city limits, located southwest of 192nd Street and West Maple Road, is hereby approved and accepted.
Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement among the City of Omaha, One Professional Square, LLC, The Antler View West Business Owners Association, and Sanitary and Improvement District (S.&I.D.) 569 of Douglas County, Nebraska, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Antler View West (Lots 1-15 and Outlots A-E) and is located southwest of 192nd Street and West Maple Road.
An ordinance to rezone property at 7400 Western Avenue from R3-Single-Family Residential District (Medium-Density) to R5-Urban Family Residential District.
An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the MCC-Major Commercial Corridor Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located at 4910 L Street.
An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the MCC-Major Commercial Corridor Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located at 13780 Millard Avenue.
An ordinance to rezone property at 3002 Dodge Street from GC-General Commercial District to TOD-1-MX-Transit Oriented Development District-Mixed Use.
An ordinance to rescind the ACI-Areas of Civic Importance Overlay District for property located at 3002 Dodge Street.
An ordinance to rezone property northeast of 46th and California Streets from GI-General Industrial District to CC-Community Commercial District.
An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the MCC-Major Commercial Corridor Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located northeast of 46th and California Streets.
