PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on December 10, 2019, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:

Class “CK” Liquor License for Elva’s, LLC, dba “Elva’s”, located at 1714 Vinton Street.

Class “C” Liquor License for FT Stop, LLP, dba “Truck It Omaha”, located at 5402 South 108th Street.

Class “I” Liquor License for Dano1_Consortium, Inc., dba “Acadian”, located at 5018 Underwood Avenue.

Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.
