LAYOVERS:

•  Waiver of Section 55-186, 55-187(e) & 55-742(b) – Variance to the front yard setback from 35’ to 25’, to the street side yard setback from 15’ to 5’ and to allow required  off-street parking in the front yard setback, for the construction of a new single-family residence; 3803 Corby Street and 3806 Miami Street

•  Waiver of Section 55-786 – Variance to the residential fence regulations to allow a 6’ tall, greater than 50% open fence in the street side yard setback; 3203 Myrtle Avenue

Waiver of Section 55-835 – Variance to the maximum sign budget from 200 sq. ft. to 298.5’ sq. ft. to allow for a new wall identification sign, 16 new wall tenant signs, and an existing pole sign; 6653 Sorensen Parkway

•  Waiver of Section 55-824 – Variance to allow a monument sign on a property with a building closer than 15’ to the property line; 8012 West Dodge Road

•  Waiver of Section 55-108 – Variance to the front yard setback from 50’ to 35’ and to the interior side yard setback from 25’ to 7’7” to allow for the construction of a single-family residence; 5832 R Street

•  Waiver of Section 55-126 – Variance to the front yard setback from 50’ to 25’; to the interior side yard setback from 25’ to 17’; and to the maximum impervious coverage percentage from 30% to 36.9% to allow for the construction of a single-family residence; 610 North 65th Street

•  Waiver of Section 55-740(f)(4) & 55-765(b)(1) – Variance to the perimeter landscaping requirement from 5’ to 0’ and to allow stacking space for conveyor-operated automotive washing facilities with less than 300’ stacking space; 13740 P Street

•  Waiver of Section 55-206 – Variance to the front yard setback from 35’ to 21’ to allow for the construction of a front porch; 5923 Jones Street

•  Waiver of Section 55-246 – Variance to the interior side yard setback from 5’ to 2’ and to the rear yard setback from 25’ to 9’ to allow for the construction of a deck; 2115 North 27th Street

•  Waiver of Section 55-523 – Variance to allow an accessory structure (pergola) on a lot without a primary structure; 1118 South 6th Street

•  Waiver of Section 55-126 – Variance to the street side yard setback from 25’ to 20 and to the rear yard setback from 35’ to 25’ to allow for the construction of a new pool house; 505 South 90th Street

•  Waiver of Section 55-226 – Variance to the rear yard setback from 25’ to 16’ to allow an existing multi-family residence; 5530 Cedar Street

•  Waiver of Section 55-126 – Variance to the interior side yard setback from 25’ to 15’ for an existing, detached garage; 525 Fairacres Road

•  Waiver of Section 55-126, 55-715 & 55-786 – Variance to the interior side yard setback from 25’ to 15’ and 3’, to the maximum impervious surface coverage from 30% to 45% and to the minimum street yard landscaping from 30’ to 0’ to allow the construction of a detached garage and driveway and to the residential fence regulations to allow a 6’ tall, 50% open fence in the front yard setback; 425 Fairacres Road

•  Waiver of Section 55-716, 55-740(f), 55-928 – Variance to the required bufferyard between CC and R3 from 30’ with screening to 13’ and 7’ without screening, to the perimeter parking lot landscaping from 10’ to 7’, to the perimeter landscaping from 15’ to 0’ to allow for the redevelopment of the site for a carwash facility; Southeast of 72nd and Farnam Streets
