LAYOVER CASE:

Waiver of Section 55-740(e) – Variance to the hard-surfacing requirement for a temporary parking lot for events held 2025 – 2030; 1150 River Road Dr.

Waiver of Section 55-782(b)(6) – Waiver of Section 55-715 – Variance to the minimum depth from 10’ to 0’ to allow for a previously constructed parking pad to remain; 2027 Spencer St.

 

NEW CASES:

Waiver of Section 55-830 – Variance to the maximum square footage per monument sign from 28 sq. ft. to 40 sq. ft.; to the maximum sign budget from 215 sq. ft. to 251 sq. ft.; and to the permitted sign types in the R4 District to install electronic signage not otherwise permitted to allow for the proposed signage plan for a church and school; 15656 Fort St.

Waiver of Section 55-786(e)(3) – Variance to the residential fence regulations to allow a 6’ tall, privacy fence within the street side yard setback; 9006 Larimore Ave.

Waiver of Section 55-146 – Variance to the required front yard setback from 40’ to 35’ to allow for the construction of a home addition; 1315 S. 92nd Cir.

Waiver of Sections 55-186 - Variance to the required front yard setback from 25’ to 21’ to allow for the construction of five single-family homes; 1619, 1623, 1625, 1705, & 1709 Willis Ave.

Waiver of Section 55-206 & 55-734 - Variance to the required rear yard setback from 25’ to 14’ and to the number of off-street parking stalls from 2 to 1 to allow for the construction of 2 single-family homes; 1620 & 1624 Manderson St.

Waiver of Section 55-715 – Variance to the required street yard landscaping from 60% to 45% to allow for the construction of a garage addition; 19025 Hamilton St.

Waiver of Section 55-716 – Variance to the required bufferyard between GI and CC Districts from 20’ to 10’ to allow for the construction of a daycare and medical office; 4915 S. 30th St.

Waiver of Section 55-830 – Variance to the maximum sign budget from 32 sq. ft. to 47 sq. ft. to allow for the proposed signage plan of seven monument signs for a new church; 18602 W. Maple Rd.

Waiver of Section 55-166 – Variance to the required front yard setback from 35’ to 33.1’ to allow for the construction of a garage addition; 1014 N. 63rd St.

Waiver of Section 55-206 – Variance to the required front yard setback from 35’ to 5’ to allow for the construction of a front deck on top of an existing garage; 3822 S. 22nd St.

Waiver of Section 55-786 & 55-366 – Variance to the commercial fence regulations to allow a 14’ tall, metal privacy fence surrounding the courtyard of a new behavioral health and wellness center; 8501 W. Dodge Rd.
