NOTICE TO PUBLIC

 

The Omaha Streetcar Authority will have a Meeting at 1:30 P.M. on Monday, December 11, 2023, in the Legislative Chambers of the Omaha/Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street in Omaha, Nebraska, for the purpose of discussing the agenda items and briefing and discussion of public business. This meeting will have video conference capability. Proposed agenda kept continually current shall be available for public inspection in the Omaha/Douglas Civic Center at the Office of the City Clerk, but the Authority shall have the right to modify the agenda to include items of an emergency nature only at such public meeting when convened. The video conference details and an agenda for the meeting is posted on the City of Omaha website at https://www.cityofomaha.org/omaha-streetcar.

Approval of previous meeting minutes.

LAID OVER CASES:

Section 49- 722:  Request waiver of fixture count requirements at 2525 Abbott Dr.

NEW CASES:

Section 49-1524: Request approval to use Niron Pipe at 3902 Dodge St.

Section 49- 708:  Request waiver of family restroom at 2717 N 27 St E.

Section 49-1524: Request approval to use DR14 C900 at 5940 S 60 St.

Section 49-1100: Request waiver of grease trap interceptor requirements at 1102 Harney St.

Section 49-  218: Request approval of Continuing Education Providers and renew courses.

Request extension for license renewal and CE requirements due to medical hardship.

Requests to reinstate licenses.

Approval of Apprenticeship Agreements.

Approval of Exam Applications.

Discussion regarding Continuing Education Requirements.

Discussion regarding piping materials in apartment complexes.

 

NOTE: All requests for sign language interpreters (signers) will require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice.  If necessary, contact the Board Secretary at (402) 444-5150 ext. 2062.

The Plumbing Board reserves the right to amend the above agenda.  The Plumbing Board agenda and other information regarding the Plumbing Board and Planning Department are available on the Internet at http://www.cityofomaha.org/planning/boards/plumbing-board.
