PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on April 12, 2022, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

An ordinance to rezone property located Southwest of 193rd and Davenport Streets from AG-Agricultural District to MU-Mixed Use District.

An ordinance to approve a Major Amendment to a Mixed Use District Development Agreement for Fountain Ridge West, located Southwest of 193rd and Davenport Streets, between the City of Omaha and Fountain II, LLC, providing site development standards.

Res. that, the Final Plat entitled Fountain Ridge West (Lot 2), a subdivision outside city limits, located southwest of 193rd and Davenport Streets, is hereby approved and accepted.

Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement between the City of Omaha and Fountain II, LLC, doing business in Nebraska as Fountain West II, LLC, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Fountain Ridge West (Lot 2) and is located southwest of 193rd and Davenport Streets.

An ordinance to approve a PUR-Planned Unit Redevelopment Overlay District in a NBD-Neighborhood Business District (property is located within an ACI-1(PL)-Areas of Civic Importance District) located southeast of 38th and Farnam Streets, to approve the Development Plan.
