PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on May 5, 2026, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

An ordinance to rezone property located northeast of 210th Street and West Center Road from AG-Agricultural District to MU-Mixed Use District.

Res. that, the Final Plat entitled Town Center West (Lots 6-9, Outlots C-H), a subdivision outside the city limits, located northeast of 210th Street and West Center Road, is hereby approved and accepted.

Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement among the City of Omaha, Key Investments, LLC, the Town Center West Owners Association, and Sanitary and Improvement District (S.&I.D.) 647 of Douglas County, Nebraska, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Town Center West (Lots 6-9 and Outlots C-H) and is located northeast of 210th Street and West Center Road.
