NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will meet and hold a public hearing on May 14, 2024, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183 for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

Redevelopment Project Plan.

Applicant/Developer:

The redevelopment project plan proposes the new construction of a four story residential apartment building on top of a single floor of underground structured parking.

TIF loan proceeds will be used to offset eligible expenses such as site work, demolition, acquisition, specially engineered foundations, architectural and engineering costs, and other public improvements as required. The total estimated project costs are $18,461,780.00, but are subject to change as final costs come in.

A copy of said plan is available for public inspection in the City Clerk’s Office.

Anyone interested in this matter should be in attendance.
