PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on May 12, 2026, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

An ordinance to rezone property at 3757 North 37th Street from R4(35)-Single-Family Residential District (High-Density) to R5-Urban Family Residential District.

An ordinance to approve a PUR-Planned Unit Redevelopment Overlay District, located at 3757 North 37th Street, to approve the Development Plan.

An ordinance to rezone property southeast of 66th Street and Grand Avenue from R6-Low-Density Multiple-Family Residential District and R8-High-Density Multiple-Family Residential District to R8-High-Density Multiple-Family Residential District.

An ordinance to approve a Major Amendment to a PUD-Planned Unit Development Overlay District located southeast of 66th Street and Grand Avenue, to approve the Development Plan.
