PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on April 16, ,2024, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:

Class “C” Liquor License for Hot Pot 88, LLC, dba “Hot Pot 88 Asian Cuisine”, located at 2502

South 130th Avenue.

Class “D” Liquor License for Kidan Petroleum, LLC, dba “NP Mart 25”, located at 2515 North 16th Street.

Change of Location of the present Class “DK” Liquor License for Attitude on Food, Inc., dba “Attitude on Food”, 2405 “N” Street to be located at 7758 Cass Street.

Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.

NOTICE

The City of Omaha Public Art Commission will have a regular monthly meeting at 4:00 p.m. on:

Wednesday, April 10th, 2024 at the Dewey Recreation Center, 550 Turner Boulevard, Omaha, NE 68105.

Proposed agenda kept continually current shall be available for public inspection in the Omaha/Douglas Civic Center at the Office of the Parks, Recreation, and Public Property Department or on the Mayors website, https://mayors-office.cityofomaha.org/. The Board shall have the right to modify the agenda at said public meeting when convened.
