NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold a public hearing on April 21, 2026, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of this hearing is to consider approval of:
Class “C” Liquor License for The Deuce, LLC, dba “The Deuce”, located at 2311 North 24th Street.
Class “C” Liquor License for Flower Child Omaha, LLC, dba “Flower Child”, located at 112 Regency Pkwy.
Class “K” (Catering) Liquor License for Lumen Beer Company, LLC, dba “Lumen Beer Company”, located at 1433 South 13th Street.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on April 14, 2026, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:
An ordinance approving an Amendment to an Agreement between the City of Omaha and ROAM Share dba Heartland Bike Share (formerly Heartland Bike Share dba Heartland B-Cycle) regarding the Bike Share mobility and transportation program, which was passed by City Council Ordinance No. 42394 on December 15, 2020; to provide for payments from appropriations of more than one year in accordance with Section 5.17 of the Home Rule Charter of 1956, as amended; to provide for payments from a specific account.
An ordinance declaring the necessity of acquiring, for use by the City of Omaha, the necessary private property for the purpose of the Signal Infrastructure Phase G1 Project, identified as OPW 54477; providing that the City negotiate with the property owners for land acquisitions, permanent easements and temporary construction easements; providing that as to each specified parcel which cannot be obtained by negotiation, condemnation proceedings be undertaken and completed.
An ordinance declaring the necessity of acquiring, for use by the City of Omaha, the necessary private property for the purpose of constructing Hell Creek at Westwood Lane, project identified as OPW 55036; providing that the City negotiate with the property owners for land acquisitions, permanent easements and temporary construction easements, providing that if said parcel cannot be obtained by negotiation, condemnation proceedings be undertaken and completed.
An ordinance to approve a Non-Exclusive Public ROW License Agreement between the City of Omaha and the Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska, for future installation, maintenance, and operation of utility facilities in the public right-of-way, for a period of ten years with additional ten-year options; authorizing the Mayor to sign and the City Clerk to attest the Non-Exclusive Public ROW License Agreement.
An ordinance to approve an Operation and Maintenance Agreement for with The Miller Park Trust for future development, construction, installation, and operation of public improvements at Miller Park.
An ordinance to approve the acceptance of and authorize disbursement over more than one fiscal year from the Omaha Community Foundation, in the amount of $750,000.00, during the project period extending from March 30, 2026 to March 30, 2029; to support the Director of Transformation & Strategic Partnership position. The Grant is intended solely to support salary and benefits associated with the Project, consistent with the job description; to authorize payment from such grant funding and involving appropriations of more than one year in conformity with Section 5.17 of the Home Rule Charter.
An ordinance approving an Agreement for Occupation Tax in an Enhanced Employment Area and Hotel Occupation Tax Reinvestment Program by and between the City of Omaha and Disbrow Omaha, LLC, and its successors or assigns, to support the rehabilitation and renovation of the historic Disbrow Building into a full-service 140 room boutique hotel, with restaurant, bar, and ballroom facilities; authorizing the use of $8,019,000.00 in general business occupation tax in an enhanced employment area and $6,409,000.00 through participation in the City’s hotel occupation tax reimbursement program.
An ordinance providing for the designation of an Enhanced Employment Area generally located southwest of 12th and Nicholas Street; the levy of a general business occupation tax as requested by the property owner; providing for the administration, imposition and collection of such occupation tax; specifying how such tax revenue will be used; and related matters.
