PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on May 25, 2021, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

An ordinance to rezone property located northwest of 192nd and Pacific Streets from AG-Agricultural District to R6-Low-Density Multiple-Family Residential District.

An ordinance to approve a Major Amendment to PUD-Planned Unit Development Overlay District in a R6-Low-Density Multiple-Family Residential District, located northwest of 192nd and Pacific Streets, to approve the Amendment to Development Plan.

Res. that, the Final Plat entitled Pacific Renaissance (Lots 2-3), a subdivision outside city limits, located northwest of 192nd and Pacific Streets, is hereby approved and accepted.

Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement between the City of Omaha and MRES Ravello II Holdings, LLC, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Pacific Renaissance (Lots 2-3) and is located northwest of 192nd and Pacific Streets.
