NOTICE TO PUBLIC

The City Council of the City of Omaha will have a Pre-Council Meeting at 10:30 A.M. in Conference Room 702, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street, for the purpose of discussing the agenda items and briefing and discussion of public business; and a regular Council Meeting at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 23, 2020, in the Legislative Chambers of the Omaha/Douglas Civic Center in Omaha, Nebraska. This meeting will have video conference capability. Proposed agenda kept continually current shall be available for public inspection in the Omaha/Douglas Civic Center at the Office of the City Clerk, but the Council shall have the right to modify the agenda to include items of an emergency nature only at such public meeting when convened. The video conference details and an agenda for the meeting is posted on the City of Omaha website at www.cityofomaha.org.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on June 23, 2020, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

An ordinance approving the issuance of a Purchase Order to Omaha Door & Window Co., Inc., with an annual estimated cost of $34,840.00, for Emergency Repairs to Overhead Doors and Gate Openers bid through Douglas County Purchasing Department on April 29, 2020, for a (1) one year price agreement with the option to   extend for an additional four (4), one (1) year extensions upon agreement by both parties; involving the payment of money from appropriations of more than one year in accordance with Section 5.17 of the Home Rule Charter of 1956, as amended; to provide for payments from a specific account.

An ordinance extending the limits of the City of Omaha over certain land in Douglas County, Nebraska, and incorporating the same into and making the same a  part of the City of Omaha and to provide the effective date hereof, located northwest of 132nd Street and Meredith Avenue, Hillsborough Estates (SID 421).

An ordinance extending the limits of the City of Omaha over certain land in Douglas County, Nebraska, and incorporating the same into and making the same a  part of the City of Omaha and to provide the effective date hereof, located southwest of 180th Street and West Dodge Road, West Dodge Hills (SID 451).

An ordinance extending the limits of the City of Omaha over certain land in Douglas County, Nebraska, and incorporating the same into and making the same a part of the City of Omaha and to provide the effective date hereof, located southeast of 204th Street and Pacific Street, Pacific Street West (Tuscan Ridge) (SID 539).
