PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold a public hearing on August 4, 2026, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of this hearing is to consider approval of:
Class “CK” Liquor License for PZNS, LLC, dba “Piezon’s Pizzeria”, located at 15605 West Center Road.
Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.

ORDINANCE NO. 44718
AN ORDINANCE to amend the official zoning map of the City of Omaha adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code, by changing certain boundaries of the official zoning map of the City of Omaha in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code, to rezone property located southeast of 33rd and Webster Streets from GC-General Commercial District to R7-Medium-Density Multiple-Family Residential District.
Summary: The official zoning map adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code so that: Lots 1 & 2, Webster Corner., a subdivision as surveyed, platted and recorded in Douglas County, Nebraska, is hereby rezoned from GC-General Commercial District to R7-Medium-Density Multiple-Family Residential District.
