Waiver of Section 55-363 - Variance to the permitted use regulations of the CC District to allow a Light Industry use (commercial bakery) not otherwise permitted; 1412 Military Ave.

Waiver of Section 55-363 – Variance to the permitted use regulations of the CC District to allow an Outdoor Sports & Recreation use not otherwise permitted to allow a currently operating Indoor Sports & Recreation use (Kids Indoor Play Park) to construct an outdoor play area for children/customers; 14445 West Center Rd.

Waiver of Section 55-84 – Variance to the use regulations of the AG district to allow a General Office use to allow construction of an addition to an existing foundation and family office building; 10340 N. 84th St.
