Approval of a Special Use Permit to allow Large group living in the CBD, and approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow a Noncommercial day shelter in the CBD (property is located within an ACI-1 Overlay District), Northwest of 27th Street and Saint Mary’s Avenue

Conditional Use Permits

Approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow Pet services in the GI District (portions of the property are located within a FF-Flood Fringe Overlay District), 6105 North 89th Circle

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on October 5, 2021, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:

Class “K” Liquor License for KCGO, LLC, dba “Green Onion Lounge”, located at 11414 Davenport Street.

 Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.
