Sealed bids are invited and will be received on or before the closing date/time. Bidding documents may be found on the new Douglas County Ionwave electronic bidding website: douglascountypurchasing.ionwave.net.
Electronic bid submission: The City of Omaha requires all bidders to submit their bids electronically. Each respondent is responsible for taking the necessary steps to ensure their submission is received and complete by the listed closing date and time. The City/County is not responsible for technical difficulties and will not allow late submissions due to the same.

Bids will be opened and read by the City Clerk on the closing date/time before the Bid Opening Committee and the public in LC 4, Omaha Douglas Civic Center.
As evidence of good faith and guarantee that a contract will be entered into should an award be made thereon, a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid must accompany the bid. Failure to do so will be cause for rejection.
The City of Omaha reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

Notice is hereby given that the OMAHA CITY CLERK will receive sealed bids until WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 5, 2026 AT 11:00 A.M. FOR DOUGLAS CO. PROJECT NO. SP-2025(01) 2026 STORM SEWER REPAIR (GRADING, STORM SEWER, AND EROSION CONTROL).

Project Number CEB 26-05
The Omaha Airport Authority, Omaha, Nebraska will receive Bids for the project titled AIRFIELD PAVEMENT JOINT REHABILITATION. Combined construction will include removal and disposal of existing joint material, resealing of the joints, and miscellaneous construction items. Substantial completion of the project must be completed within the contract times indicated below:
Substantial completion of the project must be achieved within 40 (Forty) working days
of a start date which shall be identified in the Notice to Proceed and which shall be
agreed upon between the Owner and the Contractor.
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m., on 8/6/26, in the Airport Authority offices, 1519 E. Hartman Court, Omaha, Nebraska, at which time and place they will be opened and read aloud.
A project review conference will be held at 2:00 p.m. on 7/23/26, in the office of the Omaha Airport Authority, Eppley Airfield, at 1519 E. Hartman Court, Omaha, Nebraska. A site inspection will follow the project review conference.
