The Ralston City Council will hold a public hearing at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, December 3, 2024. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the 3rd reading of Ordinance No. 1336, an ordinance amending the Master Fee Schedule. Public comments will be accepted. An agenda will be kept current and available for public inspection at the Office of the City Clerk, 5500 S. 77th Street, Ralston, Nebraska 68127. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ON REDEVELOPMENT PLAN

The Ralston City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 5:30 PM at Ralston City Hall, 5500 S. 77th Street on the Wildewood Commons Redevelopment Plan pursuant to the Nebraska Community Development Law.

8214 Wilson Dr LLC submitted the Redevelopment Plan for the Wildewood Commons apartment complex located on Lots 2 through 12, 50 through 53, and 77 through 81, in the Wildewood subdivision of Ralston in Douglas County, Nebraska.

The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments on the proposed Redevelopment Plan for purposes of the Community Development Law. Copies of the proposed amendment, a map of the area affected and the cost-benefit analysis is on file and may be obtained at the office of the City Clerk, 5500 S. 77th Street, Ralston, Nebraska or by email at mkelly@cityofralston.com.
