NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON REDEVELOPMENT PLAN

The Ralston Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, September 20, 2021, at 5:30 PM at Ralston City Hall, 5500 S. 77th Street on a redevelopment plan for the real estate described in this notice, pursuant to the Nebraska Community Development Law.

The City of Ralston has submitted a general redevelopment plan for the Ralston Downtown and Hinge Redevelopment Area, which property is described as:

The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments on the proposed redevelopment plan for purposes of the Community Development Law.  A copy of the proposed plan is on file and may be obtained at the office of the City Clerk, 5500 S.77th Street, Ralston, Nebraska.  A map of the area affected is available at the office of the City Clerk. Copies of the cost-benefit analysis are available in the office of the City Clerk.
